@gertie2u2 Are you bragging or complaining? You write all the wonderful things going for you, but yet it is on a YouTube page on a story of a unfortunate family that is living in a shelter. Things change in life & it may not be today or next year? But it could be you living in a shelter. (Don’t think it can’t happen?)
@sharkloaner yeahhh is true buddy
lazy’s assesssss
People get so tied up in how things look. We bought a repo, needed a lot of work. Kids helping us do it ourselves. Neighbor called the county, woman who came out said she wished she had done what we have. Her house is due to be repo’d next week. But our house is paid for free and clear, we vacation in Florida next week, next year we take our daughter to Japan for her graduation present. Don’t buy on credit, ever. This is much better.
@cdltpx This is life not a MTV cribs episode look at a pioneer home and you will understand what I mean. We live in our home should be a place where we can feel safe warm dry. Not a place where you can showcase you means if you have the funds to afford a 250K home you would have the money to see you through a year long injury most of these fools are paycheck to PC slaves and never will own their home they will die trying to pay it off never enjoying a vacation their stuff owns them.
@koelschwolf I am on my 3rd wife I have been HL when my first 2 wives were done with me. My only goal after last wife was purchasing a home that I could pay off ASAP I wanted to be debt free.Bought a place 8 years ago we both went through school both have same goals since she too has suffered because of her ex. The place we bought 32K 10K for new roof siding all paid off 07 prius 06 scion. Couple years ago broNlaw was driving us to get a better place he is in 250K home. We like it here paid4.
I do not know what the answer is, but I do know what the problem is: People have signed on the dotted line for bank loans they could not afford, especially on variable loans. Only a complete idiot would leave himself open for the latter. They bought big houses with a room for every child, with media rooms, mud rooms, computer rooms, game rooms when instead they should have sat down and look at their finances and income versus their revolving debt.

dershope said “Most importantly, don’t they consider what type of example they are setting for their kids.
Yes. And the example is: “Blame WHITEY!”
LOL Whitey be da wun who dun dis to dem. Just like Whitey be da wun who dun dat to Haiti LOL
None of these people looks like they are having a tough time. Over weight (over fed), smiling, clean. I want to be compassionate but c’mon people! Quit you’re bitching and truly do something with your lives. Most importantly, don’t they consider what type of example they are setting for their kids.
@glocker8888 You beat me too it. Good one!!
Maybe they should have more children.
LOL
denvereddennis has shared a video with you on YouTube:
The americans make me laugh. The oil-backed dollar scam is over; time to wake up and smell the snickers! The party is over. hahahaaa
With about half the population living two paychecks away from default on rent or mortgage, everyone should expect a deluge of stories like this one in the foreseeable future.
The illusion of the American middle class is fading as its members discover that they have no equity and no savings and cannot sustain this lifestyle any longer, joining the ranks of the visibly poor.
you real estate people are part of the problem!!! how could you sit there and feign sympathy for them?!!
Wow, they cana lways rent a one bed room apt BUT they still want a big house??? I saw the pics of the house they want to move, havent they learned their lesson? I grew up with 6 siblings and we struggled and lived in very very small 2 bedrm house…they ought to do the same if they really dont have money, tough times.
blessings to them!
We are seeing in increase in foreclosed families as well, and are also seeing some families whose landlord was foreclosed on. Those men, women and children are homeless through no fault of their own.
